Butter Containers!!

Hi Mums and Dads,

Can we please bring into school our old butter containers because we are going to be making bird feeders in science.

They need to be empty and clean!

On Friday Room 25 came to visit us and to teach us how to play some of the maths games on the ipads. They helped us to try counting on from the biggest number and also how to add to groups of numbers together by using our fingers to answer the problem. Thanks Room 25, it was cool and we had fun! Dice Adding - Independent Work

Today the circles maths group had an independent activity which involved them rolling 2 dice and adding them together. Then they had to write down the equations and take a photo at the end to show Miss Stonestreet what they had done.
 Well Done Circles!

Week 2 - Letter of the Week is Oo

This week we are practising the letter O as it follows on from making a C.

Here is our handwriting song to practise the sound and how to form the letter O.
Please remember this is an American video, so the letter O sound is a bit different to how we say it.  We would say "o" as in on.
